Returns and Refund Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it so we can provide return instructions and the correct returns address.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. After notifying us, you must return the item within a further 14 days.
To request a cancellation or return, email info@ffmototech.com and include your name and order number.
Return conditions
Unless faulty, returned products must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In their original condition
- Complete with all supplied components
- Securely packaged for return
You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if it has been used, installed, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Non-returnable items
The right to cancel may not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Products manufactured or modified to your specification
- Sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please email info@ffmototech.com as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from what you ordered. Include your order number and photographs where appropriate.
UK consumers may have a statutory right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. Other statutory remedies may apply after this period.
We will cover reasonable return costs where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly.
Return postage
For unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, you are responsible for the cost and safe return of the product. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until received.
Do not return an item without contacting us first. Returns sent to an unauthorised address may be delayed or refused.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where an entire eligible order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for express or enhanced delivery is not refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
