You must not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, misuse its content or use it fraudulently.</p><p>We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or suspected misuse.</p><h2>3. Product information</h2><p>We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, compatibility information, photographs and prices are accurate. Minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes, production batches and screen settings.</p><p>Product compatibility depends on the motorcycle model, model year, specification and any previous modifications. You are responsible for checking the stated fitment before ordering. Contact us before purchase if you are uncertain.</p><p>Any weights, measurements, installation times or performance information are reasonable estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.</p><h2>4. Placing an order</h2><p>Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.</p><p>A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by confirming dispatch or otherwise expressly confirming acceptance.</p><p>We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if:</p><ul>
<li>the product is unavailable;</li>
<li>payment cannot be authorised;</li>
<li>there is an obvious pricing or description error;</li>
<li>delivery is unavailable to the supplied address; or</li>
<li>we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.</li>
</ul><p>If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.</p><h2>5. Prices and payment</h2><p>Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total payable will be shown before you submit the order.</p><p>Payment must be authorised using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. We are not responsible for charges imposed separately by your bank or payment provider.</p><p>If a price is clearly incorrect and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.</p><h2>6. Availability</h2><p>Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.</p><p>If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. We are not obliged to supply a substitute product unless agreed with you.</p><h2>7. Delivery</h2><p>Delivery options, charges and estimates are explained at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.</p><p>Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and your statutory rights remain unaffected.</p><p>You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.</p><h2>8. Cancellations, returns and refunds</h2><p>Your rights to cancel an online order, return unwanted goods and obtain remedies for faulty products are explained in our Returns and Refund Policy.</p><p>Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable consumer law.</p><h2>9. Installation and use</h2><p>Motorcycle components must be installed correctly, using suitable tools and in accordance with any supplied instructions. Professional installation should be used where the work is beyond your knowledge or ability.</p><p>You are responsible for checking that the completed installation is secure and suitable before using the vehicle.</p><p>You must not use a product for a purpose for which it was not designed. Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse, accident, neglect or failure to follow instructions may not constitute a product fault.</p><h2>10. Road-use and legal compliance</h2><p>Rules governing motorcycle lighting, registration plates, indicators and other modifications vary by vehicle and jurisdiction.</p><p>Where a product is described as intended for track, competition, show or off-road use, you must not use it on a public road unless you have independently confirmed that the installation complies with all applicable requirements.</p><p>Any legal or compatibility information we provide is general guidance and is not a substitute for inspecting the vehicle or obtaining advice from a qualified professional or relevant authority.</p><h2>11. Our responsibility</h2><p>We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.</p><p>We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:</p><ul>
<li>death or personal injury caused by negligence;</li>
<li>fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;</li>
<li>breach of your statutory consumer rights; or</li>
<li>any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.</li>
</ul><p>Products sold to consumers are supplied for private use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or business interruption arising from a consumer purchase.</p><h2>12. Intellectual property</h2><p>The FF Moto name, branding, product designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics and other website content are owned by us or used with permission.</p><p>You may view and use the website for personal purchasing purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, manufacture from, sell or commercially exploit our content or designs without written permission.</p><h2>13. Third-party services and links</h2><p>The website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by payment, delivery and technology providers.
