Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Any longer lead time will be stated on the product page or communicated to you.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling charges. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Reduced international shipping £9.99 for orders over £75 - Import fees may apply on or prior to delivery.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed service is specifically offered at checkout.

Available delivery options and charges are shown before payment. Tracking or delivery-confirmation details will be emailed where available.

Additional postage may be charged if an order is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected.
